Prospects of use of geoinformation technologies in the organization of the control over distribution of a tuberculosis in NSO.

Convenience of search and display of the information provided with geoinformation systems (GIS) gives an opportunity of job with more detailed data. For example, use of geoinformation system allows to estimate epidemyc conditions in area deducing graphic display of percent of reacting animals in facilities on a map, not being limited to the generalized data on area. There is an opportunity to estimate conditions as a whole, in comparison with a plenty of the data.
Materials and methods:
For job used a package of the software У ArcView GIS 3.2" and the program У Microsoft Access 2000 Ф.
The map of Novosibirsk area containing areas, large settlements, the major complexes agricultural production, breeding facilities and the largest agricultural enterprises engaged has been constructed by manufacture of cattle-breeding production. Besides it on a map it has been put road and river networks, railways and reservoirs. Gathering episootologic information on a tuberculosis for 50 years has been in parallel carried out, the data were saved in a dbf-format and during the necessary moment were deduced by geoinformation system on a map. Display of the cartographical information was mainly carried out in projection Albersa and Transverse Mercator (Gaus Kruger)
Results of researches:
Proceeding from the assumption, that development of high systems, their site, correllated with intensity of intereconomic connections, we have tried to reveal sites of a high system with the increased density of connections У domains of a network Ф, and to analyze epysootologic a situation in area including taking into account an accessory of area or a facilities to this or that domain. GIS the technology has provided convenience of formation group, both to this attribute, and on any another with the purpose of a conclusion of the data on infections in such samples.
Already at the given stage of researches the opportunity to allocate some groups of areas, concerning independent both on intereconomic communications, and by opportunities territorial correspond episootyc process has appeared. Certainly, big elongation NSO at length demands presence of the certain economic autonomy in the zones removed from the center. It is well visible on our map of area displaying the cattle-breeding breeding enterprise and a level golstynisation in 1995. We see a minimum of 3 groups of areas. As the center of each group areas with a high level golstinisation and presence of the large breeding enterprises serve. It is necessary to add - these centers as a rule lay on large highways having road outcomes providing connection with the connected areas.
Studying of dynamicschanges of distribution of process of reaction on tuberculin, also allows to unit areas in these - 3 big groups. On a boundary 70 - 80th years increase of intensity of reaction of animals on tuberculin is possible to trace rather precisely groups of areas in which occurs simultaneously, or consistently moving from one area of the given group to another.
The conclusion:
Thus, tracking of opportunities of circulation of the infectious beginning, with help GIS, determines opportunities of forecasting of distribution of infections, ratings of a degree of risk of drift of an infection, definition dangered zones.
